At Cole Haan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount unless otherwise specified.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn footwear or accessories in the original shipping box and affix the printed return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.
